A bit about me…. 


In 2016 I decided to quit my job, follow my heart and become a counsellor. I’m so glad I did because now I have the pleasure of working closely with people who want to feel better about themselves and make sense of who they are.

I am an integrative therapist which means that a supportive and caring relationship comes first in my work. This type of therapy feels friendly and informal. It is about understanding you and helping you to be present in the life you have. Everyone is different, and this is all about getting to know your special and unique self.

I support a diverse group of people who are looking to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing, detach from anxious thinking, heal from traumatic experiences and find purpose and meaning in their lives.

I welcome all people in my practice. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly.
